Is KUIU worth the money?
Kuiu gear is also worth the money. The clothes are warm, comfortable and keep you dry during winter hunts, just like the company says. Thanks to advanced technology involved in creating the materials, the clothes are water- and windproof and really stretchy.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the Kuiu gear, and I say it’s is worth the money. Good gear is a must for Alaska, and this is gear to keep you warm, dry and comfortable, while still performing just as they said it would.

Is KUIU as good as Sitka?
Kuiu stuff always seems to favor breathability and weight over features, although they’ve branched out much more from where they started. Sitka seems to always be marketed as and in my experience more durable, but heavier. Kuiu uses lots of laminates such as outdry, Dermizax,and HDry.

The KUIU Bow holder was designed to protect and securely fasten your bow to the your pack allowing your bow to quickly be removed without taking off your pack. The Bow Holder has added foam padding in the cup to protect the lower cam while putting your pack down, or in case of a fall.
