Can you walk into Paradise Cove?
The public is welcome (free of charge) to walk from PCH to the Pier and use the area of the beach below the mean high tide line (under California Constitution the public has the right to use all lands seaward of the ambulatory mean high tide line) for the entire shoreline length of Paradise Cove property.
How do I get to the Secret beach in Oahu?
To do so, drive to Kualoa Regional Park, a large grassy park and serene beach that’s open to the public. Park just outside the park along Kamehameha Hwy, and walk down to the beach. From here, walk west along the beach until you reach Secret Island Beach.

No! Dogs are not allowed. I’m very familiar with this location and although it’s not specified in the rules on the website, they will ask you to leave if you bring your dog. over a year ago.

Paradise Cove is ADA accessible, however, it is not equipped to transport guests from various points within our grounds.
