We present a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who had marked bilateral disc swelling as part of his initial presentation. This occurred in the setting of raised intracranial pressure (ICP), with normal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) composition and cell content, and normal neuroimaging.
