How do you lubricate pixel whip?
For a quick clean, use personal silicone-based lubricant (*NOT* water-based). Put a dime-sized squirt onto a microfiber cloth and wipe down the fibers. For a deep clean, use dish soap to gently clean the fibers. After rinsing the fibers thoroughly, reapply silicone-based lubricant.
How do you charge Fiber flies?
You need to plug the charger into the wall first and see the LED that indicates power, then put the battery in and see the LED of the battery charger change to red/orange, to indicate it is charging the battery. Disregard the green LED that shows up on the charger when it isn’t plugged into the wall.

The silicone lubricant also helps prevent tangling and keeps FiberFlies playing smoothy. Silicone lubricant also acts as a mild cleaner for the fibers, and we suggest using personal lubricant for the best results. We checked with the folks at FiberFlies LLC, and coconut oil should work as well.
