Do you feel let down by Anglian Home Improvements?
Let down by surveyor in more way than one. 7 weeks later we found that our order wasn’t even ‘in production’. If this had been our first experience with Anglian it would definitely have been our last. The key to 100% satisfaction has to be with salesman, surveyor, installer and office staff who field calls. Sadly we feel a little let down.

However, the plasterer didn’t finish the walls flush and although after he finished it looked ok, when dry the imperfections were clear – the walls required a lot of sanding and some filling to bring them to an acceptable standard.
