Aether and Primal are both located in the same place, a server center in Montreal, Canada.

You will need to do a world transfer. Log into MOG station and you will find the info you need to transfer to your friends Datacenter /server. You will need to also know what server(world) they are on. The transfer costs $18.99 I believe.
