Can you wear water shoes at Wild Water Adventures?
Wild Water Adventure Park has a dress code that is strictly enforced. To protect our slides, any clothing with rivets, grommets, plastic or metal are prohibited on the rides. Shoes, hats, and jewelry are prohibited on rides.
Is there a wave pool at Wild Waters?

No glass, alcohol or music is allowed into the park, but you can buy beers and ciders inside the park and you are more than welcome to bring your own food, chairs, tables and gazebos.
Can you braai at Wild Waters?
There are braai areas and, if you’re not in the mood for making your own food, there is a shop with take-away foods. Facilities include changing rooms and lockers for your personal items. Functions can be held for kiddies birthday parties, corporate events, weddings and other occasions. Pensioners have special prices.
Why did Wild Rivers water park close?
It was originally slated that a Wild Rivers park would open in May 2014, but it was then delayed a year later to May 2015 before it was cancelled altogether due to financial and land approval issues.
Why did wild rivers close?
The $50 million water park is expected to open in May 2020. The attraction in Irvine, California closed in 2011 due to the expiration of its lease after 25 years in operation. It’s also set to include an uphill water coaster, water play structures for children, a wave pool, and a river rapids ride.
Can you bring food in wild adventures?
Unlike corporate-run water parks, family-owned and operated Wild Water Adventure Park offers a limited number of barbecues (BBQs) available to guests. You can also bring in your own food, but please no glass containers. There are several BBQs located throughout the park!
How much is parking at Wild Adventures?
Do we have to pay for parking, if so how much? Yes, parking is $15 per car, truck, van or RV. Purchase a Gold Season Pass and parking is free.
Can you take alcohol in wild waters?
You can bring in coolers, ice chests, plastic and metal containers (including beverages); however, you are not allowed to bring in alcohol, glass containers, radios, or speakers.
