How do you fix a broken timer on a dryer?
Instructions
- Shut off the power. Unplug the dryer.
- Remove the control knob. Pull the timer control knob off of the timer stem on the front of the control panel.
- Remove the back panel.
- Remove the timer.
- Install the new timer.
- Reattach the back panel.
- Reinstall the control knob.
- Restore power to the dryer.
