The Flexmls app is available for both Android and iOS devices. Clients log in to the app using the same username (their email address) and password that they use to log in to the Flexmls Portal.

How do I list my house on Flexmls?
You can create a listing quickly by entering the minimum required fields and then adding more information later. To view only the required fields, select Required Fields Only in the Show drop-down list at the top of the page. Use the Tab key to move to the next field on the page (Shift + Tab to move backward).
Can I join another MLS?
Can an agent join an MLS without their principal broker being a participant of the service? No. An agent cannot join an MLS unless their principal broker is first a participant of that service. The principal broker offers, and accepts, compensation and cooperation on behalf of the firm.
