Is iPhone 5 and 4 the same size?
The iPhone 5 features a new design over the iPhone 4S, the handset is taller it measures 4.87 inches as opposed to 4.5 inches on the iPhone 4S, it is the same width at 2.31 inches and is thinner than the iPhone 4S, the iPhone 5 is 0.30 inches thick where as the iPhone 4S is0. 37 inches thick.
Do iPhone Chargers fit all iPhones?
The short answer: Yes, you can. And if you want a faster charge, we encourage it. Apple explicitly approves of using its chargers across all devices that accept Lightning cables. The difference between either of those chargers and the 5-watt charger that comes with an iPhone will be just as dramatic.
Can I use my old iPhone cable?
Apple has not fully transitioned the iPhone to USB-C—which typically provides faster charging speeds—or removed ports altogether, so the iPhone 12 still includes the typical Lightning charge port. What is USB A vs USB-C?
The USB-A has a much larger physical connector than the Type C, Type C is around the same size as a micro-USB connector. Unlike, Type A, you won’t need to try and insert it, flip it over and then flip it over once more just to find the right orientation when trying to make a connection.
