Body Blast is a cardio charged workout that is high energy and motivating! This is a high intensity interval training class that incorporates challenging cardio segments, resistance training, and intense core work using diverse fitness equipment to blast your body into shape fast.

The 5×5 is a simple and effective barbell training program that’s well suited for beginner and intermediate lifters. The 5×5 focuses on key barbell movements for a full body workout that will build strength and muscle, as well as your athletic performance and a host of other benefits.
Can you build muscle with explosive training?
Build muscle. Explosive movements increase muscle fiber recruitment. Simply put, the more muscle fiber you activate, the more fibers you can exhaust while training, increasing muscle size.

Will 5 reps build muscle?
Performing 5-7 reps is generally thought to increase strength. However, it will also yield improvements in muscle size. This yields muscles that look denser. A tried and true bodybuilding and strength protocol is 5 sets of 5 reps, which is enough volume to elicit improvements in strength AND size.
Do explosive push-ups build muscle?
Plyometric (plyo) pushups are an advanced exercise that work your chest, triceps, abs, and shoulders. With this type of pushup, a “jumping” element is added to the exercise to make it more challenging and explosive. Plyo pushups can help burn fat and build muscle.
Can you increase explosive strength?
Standard explosive exercises use large muscle movements such as squats, power cleans, weighted or unweighted vertical jumps, heavy ball throws, or even hill sprinting. Smaller muscle exercises like bench presses or push-ups can also be used to build power but will limit the overall results to those muscle groups.
