What is the Save Our Sleep Routine?
The routines in the book are designed around how much total sleep a baby needs per day, how long they can stay awake between sleeps and how often they need to be fed. These appear on the routines between 9.30 and 10pm and it involves simply picking up your sleeping baby and feed them whilst they are still asleep.
