Waterworks was literally the best gear for over three years, if you skip Hades on your OG Promethean Wizard. Many people didn’t upgrade their Waterworks since farming Tartarus was a pain to farm with a full team. Hades Gear is not that good in defense. It also gives less damage than Waterworks Gear.
