Online Training

1. Takes about 4 hours.
2. You can stop/start your training.
3. Your progress is saved as you learn.
4. You must complete the Training and Final Test within 30 days.
5. You will have two (2) attempts at the Final Test.
6. Your Final Test will be Proctored.

How long does it take to complete smart serve?

The training course and test take approximately 3-4 hours. Once you’ve taken the training, the test itself can be done in 30-45 minutes. If you score 80% or higher and pass the integrity check.

The period of free enrollment to the Smart Serve Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service Training Program has now ended. We thank all participants and Smart Serve for their partnership. The responsible service program continues to be available at the regular cost of $34.95 + tax.
