Can you cancel Thredbo lift pass?
From 8 October 2021, guests requesting a cancellation for winter 2021 lift passes are entitled to request a MyMoney credit. If you have already submitted a refund request, rest assured we have received it and will reach out once processed. Refund requests will be processed within 6 weeks of receiving refund requests.
Can I get a refund on my season ski pass?
All refunds are the cost of the pass minus a daily rate for every day used (June 8, 2019 – April 13, 2020) up to the face value of the season pass. For example, if you make a claim in August after using your pass three times previously, your refund amount will take three days of prior pass use into account.
Can you share ski passes?
Quite a few resorts offer lift tickets that parents can share as they switch off skiing and childcare duties. Resorts call them a lot of different things – parent predicament passes, parent switch tickets, etc. – but they all work the same way. You pay for one adult pass and hand it back and forth between two adults.

Is it better to stay in Jindabyne or Thredbo?
Thredbo has a lot more beds in its village, so prices are not as high, but still pricey, except with Ski Kaos where its not a lot more than staying in Jindabyne.
