How long does Subsys last?
It takes around five half-lives for the full dose of a drug to leave the system. Based on these estimates, it could take 25 to 60 hours for a dose of Subsys to fully leave someone’s system.
How do you take Subsys?
Swallow any saliva in your mouth. Spray the medication in your mouth underneath the tongue. Hold the medication under your tongue for 30 to 60 seconds. Do not spit out the medication or rinse out your mouth after using the spray.

If you use more GTN Spray than you should: Special treatment is not normally required. Overdose symptoms are usually the same as the stated side effects. Some people may experience a reaction similar to shock, with nausea, weakness and sweating. If you feel faint sit down and raise your legs.
