Why is wind up rabbit good?
Rabbit can banish itself from the field every single turn, which allows for some really cool plays. This also allows us to abuse Zero Force, a trap card that will change the attack of every monster on the field to zero permanently!
Is Wind Up Rabbit a special Summon?

If a card would be banished when it leaves the field is temporarily banished by another card effect, it will not return to the field when it should. If an effect that banishes temporarily targets a face-down card, the target will be banished face-down, and will return to the field face-down.

Does banishment last forever?
A spell ends at the end of its duration, if you stop concentrating on it, or it is forcibly ended. When banishment ends and the creature returns, it is no longer incapacitated. If the creature is banished to its home plane for a full minute without losing concentration, it stays there.
Is Tributing a card effect?
Tributing monsters off of a ritual spell is considered tributing on card effect; it is not a cost. So if someone chained Mask of Restrict, for example, your spell would resolve, but no tributing could take place.
