How do I stop my tri fold tonneau from leaking?

Does the Extang solid fold 2.0 leak?
Out of the six Extang Solid Fold tops five have leaked through the panels not the hinge joint. I have had these solid fold tops apart and can tell you for certain the leaking is not through the hinge seals as they are designed to make it impossible for them to leak through. The hinge seals only keep dust out.
