How long does it take to float the Fall City float?

A shuttle transports floaters up the river. The 4 mile float is currently taking 4-5 hours so make sure you allocate sufficient time to meander down the river. Fall City Floating is open Wednesday through Sunday, 9am to 8pm and accepts both reservations and walk-ins.

The Snoqualmie River is a great spot to float and we recommend hopping in at Plum Boat Launch right near Snoqualmie Falls and hopping out at Fall City Park. It’s 3.3 miles of sun and floating goodness. Depending on water levels and where you hop in and out, you can expect your float to last between 2.5 to 4 hours.

We usually keep the float between 1 – 3 hours. We have a 4 mile float on the Icicle River from June-July. That gets too low to float, so in August and September, we go to a 2 mile float on the Wenatchee River. You have the tubes until we close, which is 6pm.

How much does it cost to rent a tub at Fall City floating?
It’s 15$ per person if you have your own tubes. They sell tubes there, or you can rent theirs as well. You probably could get two cars and park at each end of the float and save yourself some money, but that sounds like a hassle and parking spots are limited. There’s porta pottys and trash cans on site where you park.
