Can you gig with a Fender Rumble?
I purchased a Fender Rumble 500 and fell in love with the sound and features , At times a little to much amp. For the gig. these amps are very versatile , I use an acoustic and hard body bass and the amp handles both very well . The Rumble 100 is such a nice size and so lite ,the volume is out standing for the wattage.

It works perfectly fine even on gigs. Yes. Unless you’re playing deafeningly loud. I’ve been gigging small venues with it for years and it was more than loud enough.
Is Fender Rumble 200 loud enough?
Rumbles are great! It’s plenty loud. I like a clean bass sound so I don’t mess with effects much. This amp can produce some nice overdrive if you want it though. It’s a wonderful practice amp too since it has an aux input and a headphone jack.

Typically, they aren’t going to be very big, so you probably don’t need much more than 200 watts. If you’re playing outdoors without a sound system, or in a LARGE indoor venue without a sound system (again, this is rare but it does come up) yeah you probably are gonna need 300-500W.

Is 60 watt bass amp loud enough?
Depends on how loud your are. In the vast majority of band situations, neither 60 or 100 watts will be enough. I’d recommend 200 as a good amount of power for a trio.
Is 200 watts loud enough?
If you like loud uncompressed music and your speakers are 90dB efficient, 200 Watts is likely plenty of power for you. If you only listen to light classical, jazz and don’t expect them to rock the house, 50 Watts is adequate. Higher efficiency speakers, like horns, take very few Watts.
