As mentioned earlier, the microchip is an NFC device, which stands for Near-Field Communication. Therefore, it is not possible to detect a microchip with a regular mobile phone. While there are apps you can find in the PlayStore or Apple Store, you cannot scan the type of RFID chips used in pets.
