Im in the Oculory of the ruins of mzulft. I cannot get the light beams to line up in the center of the panels. 3 shots of Frostbite works & that’s it. Just cast each one and wait a few seconds until the crystal adjusts, then cast #2 &3 the same way.

Very close to Mzulft, just to the south, is the Dwarven Storeroom . The key to the oculory resides in a chest in a locked room in the easternmost room, go directly east from the locked door leading to the oculory and follow that path until you see the chest.
