Can you complete the nobleman statuette after now or never?
Like The Soldier Statuette, this level 14 item quest must either be done before Triss leaves Novigrad after Now or Never — or, you can do this quest later, if you’ve successfully romanced her (ie, decided to be true to just her).

If Geralt completes Now or Never, allowing Triss to leave Novigrad, he must wait until they meet again after The Battle of Kaer Morhen, back at the Chameleon, to complete it. The Statuette can also be given to Triss after the main quest Blindingly Obvious. Triss will be available for a conversation in Chameleon.

The mission is triggered when you buy the Jade Figurine quest from the merchant across from the Gilford noticeboard near the St Gregory’s Bridge signpost. Bring the statuette to Triss in her lodgings or at the Rosemary and Thyme. She escorts you to The Bits and casts a spell, revealing a very confused nobleman.
Can you still talk to Triss after now or never?
She is at Kaer Morhen, like you suggested to her. You cannot see her until quite a bit later in the game, but you will see her again.

Should I let the Duke live Witcher 3?
Just ahead, Duke has been wounded by Drowners. You can take the gold from him and choose whether to kill him or leave him to his fate. If you opt to spare him, there is no fallout – you might even find him down here later, apparently quite resigned to standing about in the sewers forever.
Can I still do the soldier statuette?
Please note that you can’t do this later as the house will be locked after A Dangerous Game concludes. Once you’ve got the statue, go to her location at The Cooked House or Rosemary and Thyme, head upstairs, and show Triss the statuette.

Where is Triss again?
You’ll run into Triss again naturally while playing the game too though. There should be a quest at some point that requires you to go see Triss and her location will come up on the map, but she is in a three storey house in the middle of the town square. If you wander around for a bit you’d be able to find her.

You find the Statuette during a A Dangerous Game inside Caesar Bilzen ‘s house, just bring it to Triss who will revive the soldier. The only real problem is that if you already completed Now or Never Triss will no longer be in Novigrad and you will have to wait until you finish Blindingly Obvious quest much later in the game.

While visiting an accountant by the name of Caesar Bilzen, Geralt snatched a soldier figurine from his host’s collection. While I usually deplore such acts of petty larceny as bad manners to say the least, this time it led to quite the interesting series of events, so I am prepared to let it slide.
