Where is Triss again?

You’ll run into Triss again naturally while playing the game too though. There should be a quest at some point that requires you to go see Triss and her location will come up on the map, but she is in a three storey house in the middle of the town square. If you wander around for a bit you’d be able to find her.

The only real problem is that if you already completed Now or Never Triss will no longer be in Novigrad and you will have to wait until you finish Blindingly Obvious quest much later in the game.
