What is Rjg certification?
Established in 1998, the RJG’s Master Molder Certification Program has become standard for advanced hands-on training in the plastics injection molding industry. Our certified master molders have completed this rigorous training program, increasing the value we bring as your molding partner.
What is Rjg?
RJG Inc. is a training, technology, and consulting company that specializes in the injection molding industry. They also offer CoPilot, a process control system that allows for data extraction of plastic conditions inside the mold using pressure sensors, transducers and strain gauges.
What is Rjg eDART?
The eDART® System is the most comprehensive and powerful process monitoring and control system for plastic injection molding applications. It helps you gain control over the two greatest variables in injection molding: people and plastic.
What are the 4 plastic variables?
These are heat, pressure, flow and cooling. Everything the plastics “feels” can be described by one or more of these 4 variables.
What is RJG Master Molder?
The Master Molder® I qualification is designed for the Process Technician, Engineer, or Manager who needs to understand and demonstrate injection molding skills at the machine. This hands-on, in-depth training enables participants to leave with solid skills that can be applied immediately in their facility.
What does eDART stand for?
• eDART stands for electronic Dispatcher Applications and Reporting Tool. ‒ A suite of electronic applications used to facilitate dispatcher-to-dispatcher. communications, along with other engineering communication and coordination.
What is injection time?
After the melt has been plasticated in the barrel, the injection time is the time it takes the screw to move from the injection start position to the transfer position.
What is decoupled molding?
The concept of DECOUPLED MOLDING(SM) is simply separating the molding process to specific fill, pack and hold portions of the process. A Decoupled II process suggests filling to position, then joins the packing and holding phases together, utilizing second stage pressure to pack out the mold and hold until gate seal.
What is intensification ratio in injection molding?
The machine intensification ratio, or the material/hydraulic pressure ratio is the direct relationship between the injection pressure and the hydraulic pressure. This is the ratio of the resin pressure in front of the screw, compared to the oil pressure in the piston of the injection molding machine.

Why did I choose the RJG training course?
We chose RJG’s training courses because they are well recognized and respected in the industry, and they complement our internal training very well. RJG training goes into greater depth than most, it’s challenging, and you get a sense of accomplishment when you complete a course.
Is there A Paulson certification for injection molding?
Certification: Paulson Training Programs has an excellent reputation for developing highly qualified injection molding personnel who are sought after by the industry. To maintain this quality we test each student at the end of the course with a written exam.
Is there any other injection molding training like RJG?
RJG training is unlike any other injection molding training available today, and I believe the results we have seen speak for themselves. We’ve been able to eliminate ongoing quality issues that we weren’t able to resolve prior to working with RJG, and we plan on continuing to work with them in the future.
Why did RJG win the Pike’s Peak Award?
RJG’s training is so effective that it won the Pike’s Peak Award. Participants are able to solve real-world problems to connect what they learn in the classroom to the plant floor.
