Why is my Bruno stair lift beeping?

Why is my chair lift beeping?
Most stairlifts will beep to let you know that they are off charge. This to avoid the batteries draining completely leaving you unable to use the stairlift at all. If your stairlift does start to beep, make sure: the stairlift is parked correctly at the top or bottom of the stairs on it’s charge point.

Yes. Modern stairlifts are battery powered and recharged when sitting at their charging points. Some older models are mains powered and have no batteries.

Where is the Charger on a Bruno Elan stairlift?
The lift has a circuit breaker with a built-in ON/OFF switch located on the back of the carriage. If the lift stops working completely, check the circuit breaker. The Bruno Elan battery charger is a 120VAC to 24VDC, 1A output charging unit with continuous monitoring.
