What happened RBC wallet?
Is RBC Launch available for both iOS and Android? Starting June 2021, you will no longer be able to add your RBC payment cards to Apple Pay from the RBC Launch app. You can still add your cards via the RBC Mobile app or directly in the Apple Wallet app.
How does the RBC Wallet app work?
Using NFC technology, the RBC Wallet enables consumers to pay for small purchases using their phones at merchant locations that accept contactless payments, similar to Interac Flash or Visa PayWave.
Why can’t I log into my RBC account?
If you still can’t sign in, you can recover your username, reset your password or call us at 1-800-769-2555. How do I reset the password for my personal account? Go to the Online Banking Sign-In page and select Reset Your Password.
Why is my RBC account locked?
If you got locked out of mobile banking, the most likely cause is that your password, Personal Verification Question answers, RBC SecureCard values or RBC Token values were entered wrong three times. To get back into the app, please give us a call and a customer service representative will help you.

Why did my Apple Pay stop working?
The most common reasons for Apple Pay not working is that the phone is low on battery charge, or the store doesn’t have the capability to accept Apple Pay. There could be issues with the Apple Pay servers, a faulty digital payment terminal, or problems with a particular debit or credit card.
Can I tap pay with RBC wallet?

Can I use my phone as a debit card?

Why is my RBC debit card not working?
It’s possible that your card could be damaged or it could just be dirty. Wipe the chip clean and try your payment again. If that doesn’t work, visit an RBC Branch so we can help you.
Can I get a refund if my card is locked?
No, the card lock feature will not prevent refunded transactions or chargebacks.
How long does it take to unblock debit card?
All you have to do is to submit identity proofs along with the application so that the bank can take further procedures to unblock the ATM card. It will take 48 hours to five working days to unblock the card in such a case.
How does RBC wallet protect your gift cards?
The RBC Wallet uses RBC Secure Cloud, which is a leading-edge technology used to encrypt and protect the content of your Wallet, including your gift cards. Should something ever happen, we will fully reimburse you for any unauthorized transactions 1 made through an RBC mobile app or RBC Online Banking.

Where can I sign in with my RBC credit card?
If you have an RBC Royal Bank Client Card or credit card, you can do it yourself by going to the Online Banking Sign-In page and selecting Enrol Now. If you’re a personal banking client, but don’t have an RBC Royal Bank Client Card or credit card, you can enrol at your branch or by calling us at 1-800-769-2555.
