SysAid Mobile is mobile-optimized (as opposed to a native mobile app) and fully responsive on all Android and iOS devices. It is currently available for SysAid Cloud customers. You simply access your SysAid account from your mobile device browser with the following URL: https://{account_id}.sysaidit.com.
How do you set up a SysAid?
Install SysAid

- Download the SysAid Server installation file using the link provided in the email.
