Why are Perlick faucets better?
In a Perlick faucet, there’s a much more positive action to it. There’s no “shuttle” piece, because the ball of the lever creates and opens the seal. So instead of a glide, it’s more of a click-clunk. A Perlick is either open or closed; there is no in-between.
