Do you need a 4WD for Nitmiluk National Park?
Nitmiluk NP is 320km south of Darwin and 30km east of Katherine. It’s best to have a 4×4 vehicle when exploring the Northern Territory although it is not essential to visit Nitmiluk as there is two-wheel drive access to both the main Katherine Gorge and Edith Falls areas.
