This one is floating above the water near the tower in the deep lagoon. To reach it you’ll need to gulp a Dash Pepper and run towards it. Jump early, flutter jump and then dismount Yoshi to reach the Star.

Climbing the Cloudy Tower To make the Cloud Flower appear, you’ll need to get to the top of the tall mushroom-shaped structure in the large pool of water. To get to the top of this, jump into the pool and look for a tube you can swim through that leads straight up through the center of the structure.
Where is the second green star in Starshine Beach Galaxy?
The second Green Star is found during the Surf, Sand, and Silver Stars mission. It is located near the tower where the Cloud Flower switch is, above the ocean. The player needs to use Dash Yoshi to run towards the Green Star, and then perform a timed flutter jump followed by a somersault off of Yoshi to reach the star.
How is Starshine Beach galaxy similar to gelato Beach?
The tower in this galaxy also bears a resemblance to the Shine Tower from Gelato Beach. The galaxy is also slightly shaped like a dolphin, much like Isle Delfino, and the background music uses similar instrumentation to Super Mario Sunshine ‘s Delfino Plaza music.

The galaxy is beach-themed and has some elements from the game Super Mario Sunshine ‘s Isle Delfino, including Piantas that can hurl the player to other parts of the galaxy and a statue similar to the Grand Pianta Statue in Delfino Plaza. The tower in this galaxy also bears a resemblance to the Shine Tower from Gelato Beach.
Where to find Silver Stars in Super Mario Galaxy?
Grab a Dash Pepper and run out across the deep pool with the large structure in the middle. You should be able to nab another Silver Star (3/5) floating near the surface. Nearby is a large, floating object under a Silver Star. You can stand and walk on this to rotate it.
