- Click “Financial Aid and Billing”
- Select “Pay Online, View Account & Create/Review Direct Deposit”
- Click “View & Pay Accounts” and review for a negative number or “CR” beside the Current Balance amount.
- Select “Manage Refunds” on the left column.
- Click “Manage My Refunds” box.
