We started at the horse camp and hiked down to the lower falls and returned back to the horse camp (where we had bought parking permits for). The hike was great and near the lower falls part of it seemed to be ADA accessible which is cool. Parts of the trail are narrow, and some folks don’t always keep their dogs close, so be prepared for that.
