They typically refrain from battling, having Grunts do so for them. After Ghetsis has been defeated, the player must help Looker find the remaining six sages all over Unova. Upon being found, each will give the player a TM.

Go to the building on the left hand side of the Pokémon Gym street in Castelia City and three grunts will challenge you. Defeat them and enter the building and you’ll find Ghetsis and two sages; Rood and Bronius.
