Will Manic Panic work on dark hair?

How long should you leave Manic Panic on dark hair?
Leave color on for 30 minutes or longer. Since Manic Panic® is non-damaging, you can leave it on for an hour or more! Rinse hair color with cold running water (making sure to avoid your eyes and face).

Select Amplified dye if you want your color to last up to 8 weeks. Protect your work surfaces to prevent stains. Bleach your hair to get the best results. Wash and dry your hair thoroughly before dyeing it.
