Can anyone Camp at Brownsea Island?
We have an overall site capacity for 200 people. We also have a range of equipment available to hire including tents, cooking equipment, and dining shelters. Island entry is included in adventure camping and residential group camping fees.

What to bring to Brownsea Island for camping?
Please note there is a no open flame policy on the island and so no campfires, BBQs or candles are allowed. Brownsea Island does not have a shop, so you will need to bring food for your stay with you. We would recommend pre-made, dehydrated camping meals for convenience and to keep your packing list light.
Where is the closest parking to Brownsea Island?
The nearest parking is the Quay visitors multi story car park – a 10 minute walk to the ferry at Poole Quay. On the Island: For Adventure Camping, you will need to make your own way to the campsite: a 20–25 minute walk on a rough track.
