How do you adjust a Holley 12 803?
The regulator comes from Holley with the regulator pressure preset (see table). However, for individual requirements, it may be readjusted. Loosening the regulator locknut and turning the adjustment screw clockwise increases the pressure. Decrease pressure by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise.

Where should I mount my fuel pressure regulator?
The optimum EFI regulator location is after the fuel rail(s) when possible. All pump flow, minus engine consumption, must always run to the regulator, wherever it is. Putting it after the fuel rail means all fuel must run through the fuel rail, and over the injector inlet, at all times.

Registered. Yes, depends on the setup….. most aftermarket regulators have a return port in them. If you run a return your pump will run cooler and run for longer.
Can you use an electric fuel pump with a carburetor?
