The YC Growth Program is designed for founder-CEOs who are leading rapidly growing companies approaching 50 employees. The program focuses on specific issues that every startup has to overcome in order to scale successfully—while also helping founders build relationships with others who are facing similar challenges.

YC Continuity is an investment fund dedicated to supporting founders as they scale their companies. Our primary goal is to support YC alumni companies by investing in their subsequent funding rounds, though we occasionally invest in non-YC companies as well.

You’ll significantly increase your company’s chance of success. Yes, there are plenty of successful startups who didn’t go through Y Combinator. But I have yet to meet a Y Combinator alumni who does not answer with a resounding “yes” that the program was absolutely worth it for their company.
